I am taking part in another SEO contest. This one has been organized by Giorgio Taverniti Forum, one of the most visited site for SEO/SEM and Web Related Stuff.
The aim of the contest is to rank first on Google for the couple of keywords pagerank patatrak (which means near to nothing), but the challenge is NOT to get any pagerank. (In other words, your pagerank bar must be clear and your site must keep a pagerank of zero ).
This is an interesting challenge, because we all need to rank high without gettng too many backlinks (which would raise our pagerank) |

It has been made entirly with Joomla using AdsManager , some free components, modules and bots for easy creation of a classified ads site. |

I have just discovered MoFuse to convert some RSS feeds coming from one of my websites into a mobile version of the same site.
If you don't know what MoFuse is then just check their site www.mofuse.com
It basically allows you to convert your "normal" web site or Blog into a version for mobile devices, mostly using RSS Feeds coming form your site.

I have deciced to join my first SEO contest, called "zanzara mannara " (sort of Werewolf-mosquito). It's an unofficial contest run on forums.punto-web.net . I have set up a small Wordpress Blog. Whoever ranks 1st on Google on 28 April 2008 for the keys zanzara mannarawill win...Let's see... |

I just recently discovered Revlayer (aka Prerollr), a new system which allows you to show ads on top of embedded Videos (it currently works with YouTube, Revver, MySpaceTV and some other).
Basically, Revlayer, (trhu a very short script that you have to add to your <HEAD> section), displays an ad on top of your videos (before the video starts) so that users have to either click on it or close it. You can also use the system to show your ads, like AdSense or your own partners'. It is currently in Beta stage, I have started using it on a couple of sites, (for me it works on YouTube Videos but not on Revver's)...let's see how it performs! |
